It doesn't get any easier than this! My friend, Mary, came up with this one. Add nuts, grated carrots, raisins, chocolate chips, or whatever suits your fancy. They're soft and good.
1 15 oz can pureed pumpkin
Mix cake mix and pumpkin. On cookie sheet, drop dough by generous tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake at 350º for 14 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Drizzle with glaze when they’re cool.
Glaze:
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir until smooth.
