These were truly pot-luck noodles that received rave reviews. I needed a side dish the other night and took inventory of the freezer and pantry and came up with this.
Boil 12 oz wide noodles as directed on the package. Drain and add 3T olive oil, 4 T basil pesto, 1/2 C crumbled feta cheese, a few shakes of garlic salt -- the California variety with parsley -- and a couple handfuls of shelled pistachios. Stir.
