Aunt Donna's Snowballs

This was my all-time favorite Christmas treat as a child -- still is.

10 oz miniature marshmallows
1 c walnuts, chopped
1/2 pt whipped cream (with 4T sugar and 1tsp vanilla)
7 oz pastel after-dinner mints
graham cracker crumbs

Crush the mints in the original package with a hammer on a concrete floor. Fold first four ingredients together. Refrigerate one hour. Form into balls -- about 1/2 C each. Roll in graham cracker crumbs and refrigerate until ready to eat -- at least 6 hours.
