Chilled Corn Salad

Corn salad

16 oz frozen or canned (drained) corn
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c chopped green pepper
3 T minced parsley
3 T cider vinegar
1 1/2 T oil
3/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Refrigerate several hours.  Makes about 3 1/2 cups or 5-6 servings.
